In Chinese tradition, the Chinese New Year is the beginning of a brand new year. But it is not only Chinese that make Chinese New Year wishes and here is the message for the Year of the Tiger from a foreign player in Shanghai. "In the 2022 season, I sincerely hope that we can accomplish the goals of Shanghai Shenhua FC through everyone's efforts," said Lonsana Doumbouya, a French-born player with  Shanghai Shenhua FC. He shared his New Year wishes and blessings in both French and Chinese.
