It starts from the middle finger, connects to the inner side of the elbow, extends to the armpit along the inside of the upper arm, and spreads down to the front and back of the flank.
When you breathe in, raise your legs. Cross your fingers and hold your knee. Then, lean your body back to stretch.
When you breathe out, drop your legs, release your fingers, and retract your hands to the waist.
Repeat several times according to your own conditions.
The days are long and the nights are short in summer, so sleep time may not be enough. You can take a nap to keep energetic.
