Famous dancing artist Huang Doudou gave a free lecture to local dance lovers at the Shanghai International Dance Center on May 16.

Huang chronicled the origins and development of dance as an art. He also introduced the artistry, differences and interaction between Western and Oriental dance styles.

At the end of the lecture, he presented a solo dance excerpt and gave his dance album to audience members.
