From:Shine  |  2020-02-20 20:29

Shui On Land is offering free parking for office workers to encourage them to drive to work instead of taking public transport.

The property company owns several business and commercial complexes in Shanghai, including 5 Corporate Avenue inXintiandi, The Hub in the Hongqiao transport hub and the Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) surrounded by the city’s top universities.

Until February 29, office workers at The Hub can enjoy at least four hours of free parking while those at Corporate Avenue have designated parking spots and can enjoy free parking for 12 hours.

At KIC, employers who allow employees to go to office in turn or allow them to work at home will be granted a 30 percent reduction in March and April parking fees

The property company is also working with the Huaihai Road M. Subdistrict in Huangpu to launch an “intelligent health room” project at5 Corporate Avenue on 150 Hubin Road.

It allows office workers to make online health consultations, lets them know about chronic disease management and make appointments with doctors so that they needn't go to hospitals.
