Shanghai, July22-20 July,the B-10FW airplane of AVIC JOY General Aviation Company Limited flew from Shanghai Jinshan to Zhejiang Zhoushan. The accident happened in the take-off process and hit No.7835 Bridge of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Highway.

There are 10 people rescued from the airplane, 5 of them were confirmed dead and the other 5 were sent to Jinshan Hospital of Fudan University. Within the 5 sent to hospital, pilot Zhang Fuquan have now been retrieved. The reporter from Eastday noticed that, the black box of the accident airplane had been found, the last data before the air crash is being analyzed to help to find out the reason of the accident.
 

The airplane sudden turned left after take-off and crash to the bridge with a blare.

The first flight ceremony of the B-10FW Sea Plane of AVIC JOY General Aviation Company Limited started at 11:30am. Two sea planes were planned to departure in Zhejiang Shengsi and Zhoushan with 8 passengers of each plane.

“I heard that the pilot told the tower controller that the plane will take off in 12:18pm. The airplane rotated several rounds over the sea.”Wu Liangliang, the survival of the air crash said.
　　
“The airplane speeded up at 12:18pm, and thenI guess it is time to take-off. However, the airplane sudden turned left and everyone lost controlled. The co-pilot shouting and then the airplane crashed.”Wu added. The witness mentioned that, the airplane crashed to the bridge during the process of hydroplaning.
　
Wu recalled the airplane was taking-off along the bridge. “It was strength that the airplane sudden made a sharp turn without any strong wind. I think this accident do with human error.”Wu said.

 

Rescuers broke the windows down and there are 5 people dead.
　　
Rescuers arrived rapidly after the accident and started to break down the windows of the airplane. With the limited area of the windows, that lowered the rescue speed. Finally, the rescuers reached the injured and sent to Jinshan Hospital of Fudan University.

Song Wanjun, one of the survivals, vice director of the newsroom in the Jinshan District Journalism and Media Center told the reporter that “There are 4 passengers in back half of the airplane and they escaped from the rear cargo door and the pilot escaped from the cockpit door. The other 4 passengers and co-pilot in the front were rescued by breaking the windows, but that was too late.”

Until 3:30pm, Jinshan Hospital of Fudan University had received and cured 10 patients from the air crash, 5 of them were confirmed dead. Pilot Zhang Fuquan (male, 24 years old, Inner Mongolia) was still rescuing, other 4 patients have sable vital signs.

The experience list of the first flight had been published at around 5pm. They are Feng Kun,Gong Jianhua, QianXiaoying,ShenYuying, Song Wanjun, Wu Liangliang, Zhang Feng and Zhou Guofang. Among them, Feng Kun,ShenYuying, Song Wanjun,Wu Liangliang and Zhang Fuquan are now in the survival list. In the confirmed list of the victims, co-pilot and four passengers are both the workers from Jinshan District.
In the survivals, Feng Kun and Wu Liangliang are the reporters from Knews. They are sent to Ruijin Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, doctors are still having examination and evaluation of two patients.

 

The black box of the accident airplane has been found and emergency analysis has been carried out.

The accident airplane has been hanged from the water by using lifting appliance. It will be sent to the testing center after rough cutting for the follow up checking. The black box has been found, emergency data analysis has been carried out by related organizations as to found out the reasons caused the crash.

As the accident happened when the plane just take-off, aircraft fuel leaked into water. Fire engines jetted foam continually to avoid theoutbreak of fire. Related departments will have the further processing, eliminate and dilute the leaky fuel.
　　
 

Media once reported the sea plane can do some extreme actions if the passengers require.

It was learned that the accident sea plane is an amphibious plane cost 30 million, contains 9 seats and run by AVIC JOY General Aviation Company Limited, the largest sea plane operators in China. The original plan of the trip is a 2 days 1 night tourism product for 16 passengers to experience the first flight of two sea plane.

Reporter from Eastday learned that these sea planes are different from the tradition civil aviation. The flight altitude of the airplane is around 600 meters but not thousands meters high altitude. This first flight circuit is to aero-view the Jinshan city beach, Jinshan-Three-Island sea area, Hangzhou Bay Bridge, Zhoushan Archipelago and Mount Putuo. The sea planes only provide charter flight service, priority to private travel but not to commuting. The sight-seeing flying service is around 30 minutes to one hour. The original plan of new air route is to explore the “Golden Delta”, that means the flight from Jinshan city beach to Zhejiang Shengsi and Zhoushan. More new air routes will be explore within next 5 years, routes are planned to be the short flight around the “Golden Delta”.

It is worth mentioning that this sea plane had successfully finished its first flight in the sky over the Jinshan city beach last year. Media once reported that the plane can do some extreme actions such as cornering to give a unique ride experience.
