Each year, a pack of Bohemian waxwings flock to the Shanghai Binjiang Forest Park during the winter months. This year is no exception.

Due to its rarity, the Bohemian waxwing is described by many as a noble bird. After four days of waiting, photographers finally captures stunning images of those birds.

Since its opening in 2007, the Shanghai Binjiang Forest Park has attracted many birds thanks to its pleasant ecological environment. According to a survey conducted in 2011, there were 107 species of birds in the park and the number of birds peaked in December and January. Over the past six years since 2012, the park has been a perfect winter habitat for Bohemian waxwings which often stay for months until the next March.
