Expatriates in Shanghai spread the festive cheer while celebrating the Chinese New Year at an event held by TEC (The Expatriate Center) on February 16th (the fifth day of the first lunar month). Well dressed up in traditional Chinese clothes like tangzhuang and qipao, they gathered to enjoy the Spring Festival atmosphere. Hailing from India, Singapore, the UK, the US, France, Chile and other countries and regions, they see Shanghai as “a home away from home”. In the video above, they send Chinese New Year greetings to Chinese friends.
