AUCKLAND, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- New Zealand's parliamentary elections on Saturday yield no clear winner as tally ends before mid-night, leaving the third largest party with 7.5 percent of the votes the kingmaker.

The incumbent National Party has secured 46.1 percent of the party votes, which transfer to 58 seats in the 120 member Congress in an Mixed-Member Proportional voting system, with the opposition Labor Party lagging behind at 35.7 percent, or 45 seats.
