MOSCOW, July 6 (Xinhua) -- Russia plans to tax 87.6 million U.S. dollars worth of U.S. annual imports concerning oil and gas industry equipment, construction equipment and optic fiber for the coming year, in response to the U.S. steel and aluminum import tariffs, the Sputnik news agency reported Friday, citing the Russian Economic Development Ministry.
