Wrong lane nets fraudster
From:Shanghai Daily  |  2017-02-18 02:40

A fugitive wanted for credit card fraud has been caught after being stopped for illegally changing lanes, police said yesterday. The driver, surnamed Huang, was sued by a bank in Zhejiang Province for not repaying 100,000 yuan (US$146,00). He was then hunted after not appearing in court.

Huang said he received the credit card recently. He was not aware his failure to repay the money had been reported, police said. Police in Huangpu District where Huang was stopped said they have handed him over to police in Zhejiang.
