BEIJING, April 12 (Xinhua) -- China's producer price index (PPI), which measures costs for goods at the factory gate, rose 7.6 percent year on year in March, official data showed Wednesday.

The pace slightly eased from the 7.8 percent registered in February, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS).
