BEIJING, March 7 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi will meet the press at the media center of the fifth session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) at 10 a.m. Wednesday.

NPC deputies will hold a plenary meeting in the Great Hall of the People at 3 p.m. to hear

-- a report on the NPC Standing Committee's work,

-- explanation of the draft general provisions of civil law,

-- explanation of the draft decision on the quota and election of deputies to the 13th NPC.
