Beneficiary of Shanghai FTZ’s reform

Since its inauguration, the Shanghai FTZ has been inseparable from such buzz phrases as “foreign investment,”“negative list” and “pre-entry national treatment.” Over the past 1,800 days and nights, the zone has achieved many “firsts”, including China’s 1st non-special use cosmetics filing, 1st negative list, and 1st foreign certification organization. Over 100 policy innovations have been promoted across the country. The Shanghai FTZ has become an important window to China’s further reform and opening up.
