据介绍，豪斯曼先生于五月初来到上海，从湿漉漉的梅雨末季到漫长的夏至天光的三个月里，艺术家远离自己的家国，亲人和朋友们，在上海近乎“闭关”式的创作。
Mr Huisman came to Shanghai in early May, enjoying the end of the rainy season all through the intense light of the summer solstice. During these three months away from home, relatives and friends, Mr Huisman focused on artistic creation in an almost pure “isolation” in Shanghai.
