上海市对外文化交流协会副会长兼秘书长邓晓贤认为，“山水”的意境能让人们展开对城市化的反思以及对可持续发展的探讨，恰好与威尼斯双年展的“全世界的未来”主题相呼应。
Deng Xiaoxian, vice chairman and secretary general of Shanghai International Culture Association, noted that “Shan-Shui” can make people rethink about urbanization and sustainable development, which echoes la Biennale di Venezia’s theme of “World’s Future”.
