As the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival is approaching, zongzi (or glutinous rice dumplings wrapped in reed leaves) has definitely become the star attraction. In Sijing Ancient Town in Songjiang District, there is a shop whose zongzi is recognized as a piece of Songjiang’s intangible cultural heritage. Named Guangli Zongzi, the shop was founded in 1893 giving it a history of 125 years.
