As one of the Guests of Honor of this CIIE, Brazil ranks first in the production of coffee, sugar, orange and common bean and Brazil’s cachaca, which is made from fermented sugarcane juice, is regarded as one of the earliest distilled spirits. It's been around for over 400 years, and remains most popular spirit among distilled alcoholic beverage in Brazil.
