After the detached scaffolding was cleared, this building, the former site of the Shanghai Commercial Affairs General Council which was renamed the Shanghai General Chamber of Commerce in 1912, has been revitalized after seven years of remodeling and now is all set to regain its position as a shiny landmark along the #SuzhouCreek.
