Hidden in the city's first country park, the marathon course contains different kinds of attractions like ecological garden, sweet-scented osmanthus forest and folk houses. 2015 Jinshan Langxia half-marathon that just concluded was held here.

2015 Bright Cup Haiwan Half Marathon Route

海湾森林绿跑半程马拉松赛道

The half marathon will open on Nov. 22, 2015. Located in Shanghai Haiwan National Forest Park, the route begins and ends at a large lawn, spanning two gardens of the park and passing through a number of scenic spots like bird lakes, dinosaur zone, camping area and forest farm.

Starting from Lu Xun Park, the 5km route extends along Sichuan Road North, Suzhou Creek and ends at Binjiang riverside music square of the Northern Bund, where runners can feel the UK style of Luxun Park and cultural ambience of Duolun Road Cultural Celebrities Street, view the time-honored Post Museum and Waibaidu Bridge, and visit Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum near the destination.
