Eight Chinese cities are among the top 100 global scientific and technological innovation centers, according to a Global Scientific and Technological Innovation Centers Evaluation Report unveiled at the opening forum of the sixth China Shanghai International Technology Fair (CSITF) on April 19. Shanghai ranks 17th on the list.
