A world famous light sculpture artist’s work “Fancy Garden” was set up in Yangpu District on December 14th. The “Fancy Garden” had previously been displayed in Sydney, and as the forth display of the 2018 Light Art Festival in Shanghai, it was transported and set up in the Yangpu Knowledge &Innovation Community (KIC).
