The three-meter-diameter bell tower is of Baroque style. On one side of the clock, three men hold locomotive, ship and telecommunication cable models, a symbol of telecommunication and traffic and on the other side, there are two Gods of love and one God of communication, symbolizing postal to communicate love among people.
