Residence of Sheng Xuanhuai
Built in 1900 by a German, the garden villa was bought by Sheng Xuanhuai, a senior official in the ministry of industry during the late Qing Dynasty who was honored by later generations as the "father of China's modern industries".
The Neoclassical style construction covers an area of 1775 square meters and has a three-story brick structure with symmetrical facade.
